Returns & Exchange

Returns
Eligibility:
You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@alohavogue.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Process:
To exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at support@alohavogue.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We’ll guide you through the exchange process to ensure you get the product you want.
Shipping for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for the new item sent to you as part of the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@alohavogue.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred for returning the item.
